If you run a 24 row planter [60' (18.29 m) based on 30" (76.2 cm) rows], this is the sidedress applicator for you. Its front-fold style bar goes down to a mere 11'10" (3.61 m) wide for transport – making it the narrowest 60' (18.29 m) applicator to move on the market. It also offers versatility. If the outer wings are left folded up, the F3500 can cover a 16 row planter. The F3500 comes standard with a 1600 gal (6057 L) tank that has a 2" (5.08 cm) quick-fill, however a 3" (7.62 cm) quickfill is also available. The wings sport caster-style gauge wheels, making it easy to turn smoothly at the end of rows. Also standard is the F3500’s hydraulic pump system with an optional TeeJet Monitor. When using the TeeJet system, two ball valves (one covers 11 coulters and the other covers 12 coulters) are standard but more can be added to lessen the number of coulters affected if the liquid needs to shut off to prevent overlapping. This applicator also uses the Kongskilde patented lift system, found on the F3400 and F3450.
